You own the end-to-end delivery of assigned enterprise programs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated program plans across business and technical workstreams, tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate work across multiple functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies across business and technical domains.
• Direct and integrate workstreams across BSA, Solutions Architecture, IT delivery, and Change Management.

Required Skills

• 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise program management, transformation, or consulting.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives involving both business and system transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-workstream enterprise initiatives spanning business and technology.
• Strong systems fluency with enterprise applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, or Jira.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of business process transformation and system implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.

• Detail-oriented with a strong bias toward follow-through and accountability.
