Description

You manage the strategy and execution of DevOps and CI/CD initiatives across engineering programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Drive adoption of standardized DevOps and CI/CD frameworks across programs.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate with ALM, Infra, Automation, and Centralized DevOps teams for seamless delivery.
• Implement monitoring dashboards to track pipeline performance and system health.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional experience in Program Management.
• Expertise in DevOps principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Klockwork, BlackDuck, and JFrog.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Kubernetes.
• Strong people management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience defining project scope and managing delivery timelines.
• Knowledge of integrating automated testing and security scans into pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing cross-functional engineering programs.
• Background in infrastructure automation.
