Description

Lead large-scale IT programs within the digital transformation portfolio to support administrative and academic missions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT program and project lifecycles, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Ideate, plan, and document strategic portfolio and funding proposals aligned with university strategy.
• Manage staff responsibilities including hiring, orientation, training, development, and performance management.
• Facilitate committees, review boards, and stakeholder engagement to drive decision-making and change management.
• Analyze program health, resolve competing priorities, and report findings to executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in project or program management.
• Expertise in Project Management, Change Management, and Institutional Portfolio Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2, and Digital Transformation strategies.
• Proficiency in Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow project and portfolio management tools.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional project leadership.
• Proven supervisory and staff management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of information systems, teaching and learning technologies, and data architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software, and equipment.
• Experience coordinating budgetary and staffing resources with external vendors.
