Responsibilities

• Drive project plans, track progress, and manage program scopes and schedules.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Forecast program revenue and oversee documentation for all project-related activities.
• Align project deliverables with overarching business objectives.
• Lead the hiring process for new team members.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience.
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing federal contracts.
