Description

You will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and establish clear milestones.
• Manage cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and business analysts to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep timelines on track.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate effective communication.
• Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project documentation while maintaining budget and schedule.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience overseeing Dynamics 365 ERP implementations (not CRM) from initiation through post-implementation support.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ERP projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
• Knowledge of integration strategies for connecting ERP with other systems and applications.
