Lead a portfolio of customer projects and manage an enterprise-level account through effective program execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery against committed scope, timelines, and quality across multiple projects.
• Manage end-to-end project plans involving clients, internal/external development teams, and business leads.
• Drive executive review meetings with internal and external stakeholders on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
• Mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies related to budgets and personnel.
• Direct offshore teams by grooming technical tasks and providing accurate delivery estimates.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale projects or programs.
• Direct experience delivering Data (ETL) and MS Dynamics (F&O, Commerce, CRM) projects.
• Proven experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Ability to drive execution using metrics, data, and structured project review templates.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in managing change control processes and project escalations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS D365 F&O platform, ETL tools, Data analytics, Power BI, and Azure Cloud.
