Description

Lead large-scale IT programs and drive execution to ensure overall project success.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution using metrics and data to create structure and templates for reviews.
• Evaluate risks at project and account levels to develop proactive mitigation and contingency plans.
• Own customer concerns by anticipating issues and tracking them through to closure.
• Communicate strategic options and data analysis to senior management and executive-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams within an onsite-offshore delivery model.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years managing large projects or programs.
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore model.
• Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, Azure, and VSTS.
• Strong risk management and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage and drive projects using data-driven metrics.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level interaction.
