Description

You will oversee key customer accounts and industrial programs, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage quote generation processes and coordinate with Business Development to secure final approvals.
• Track project milestones, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions to maintain program success.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to drive project execution.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts for assigned accounts to support strategic planning.
• Generate regular status reports for clients and internal leadership to ensure visibility into project outcomes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program, account, or project management.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems for account management and tracking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and forecasting.
• Customer-facing experience in account management or sales support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Background in Industrial programs or manufacturing operations.
