Description

Lead project workstreams for entitlement and licensing solutions as an individual contributor and team member.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workstreams of business and technology practitioners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Identify customer stakeholders and define team responsibilities to ensure accountability.
• Qualify, co-create, and execute opportunities to improve client support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by leveraging domain knowledge and communication skills.
• Collaborate across functions to identify new client value.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program management.
• Deep understanding of Entitlements, Licensing, and Pricing business processes.
• Proven ability to manage transformation projects within a software company environment.
• Experience managing projects involving Pricing, Entitlement, or Sales functions.
• Strong articulation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capabilities.
