Responsibilities

• Execute project management strategies and plans tailored to project scope and complexity.
• Liaise with stakeholder groups to promote program awareness and drive achievement of objectives.
• Lead change assessments to define, document, and mitigate project-driven impacts and resistance.
• Oversee the design and management of communication, training, and engagement plans.
• Define, measure, and monitor project-specific success metrics and progress.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project delivery, management, and methodology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong ability to identify root causes and solve complex problems.
• Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing others toward common goals.
• Ability to tailor communication and presentation styles for diverse audiences and executive presence.
• Capability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and maintain organization through strategic planning.
• Bachelor's degree.
