Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, timelines, and resource coordination.
• Manage staff across disciplines to ensure timely solution delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers.
• Collaborate directly with engineers and QA teams on software delivery.
• Develop efficient strategies to manage operations and program progress.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in Program Management.
• Proven experience in the Health Tech industry.
• Experience managing product development for SaaS products, preferably within smaller companies.
• Technical background in software development, ideally having started your career as a software developer.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with engineering and QA teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Background in Account Management.
