Description

You will manage day-to-day operational support for Program Management Offices (PMOs) within the Enterprise Contracts Office. You serve as the primary point of contact for assigned PMOs, including FF&RDIC, ESAS, Emerald/Clover, and Mojave programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational support and provide surge assistance for designated PMO programs.
• Manage budget and program management tasks, participating in weekly requirements adjudication boards.
• Align customer-submitted requirements to appropriate Task Orders, Labor Categories (LCAT), and skill levels.
• Maintain program-defined indices for CFTE/STE requirements to ensure traceability across contracts and organizations.
• Summarize complex cost and schedule data for senior stakeholder briefings.

Required Skills

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of experience supporting US Government acquisition programs.
• Experience improving acquisition artifacts including Statements of Work (SOWs), IGCEs, or Acquisition Plans.
• Proficiency in interpreting and generating Earned Value metrics and financial reports.
• Experience supporting services-based acquisition programs providing Contractor Full-Time Equivalent (CFTE) support.
• Ability to develop process workflow charts, CONOPS, or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and Project.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent additional experience.
