Serve as the primary point of contact between Navitas and Government leadership for all contract performance and operational activities.
Provide overall contract management, program oversight, and strategic leadership for implementation, sustainment, and modernization efforts supporting EEOCDS, E-File, and AHPMT platforms.
Lead cross-functional teams supporting application development, operations, cybersecurity, engineering, testing, infrastructure, and production support activities.
Manage contract performance to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, deliverables, schedules, quality standards, and service level expectations.
Oversee implementation and deployment of Anti-Harassment (AH) capabilities across Pre-Production and Production environments.
Direct software upgrades, version releases, performance enhancements, architectural improvements, and system modernization initiatives.
Coordinate troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution, and production support activities to ensure high system availability and operational continuity.
Oversee Agile project execution, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, user story management, and delivery coordination using Government collaboration tools.
Ensure cybersecurity compliance activities are executed in accordance with DHA policies, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Authority to Operate (ATO), and applicable Department of Defense security requirements.
Manage project schedules, staffing, budgets, subcontractor performance, risk management, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Facilitate executive-level meetings, status reviews, governance activities, and stakeholder communications with Government leadership.
Monitor contract performance metrics, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance program delivery.
Ensure all project documentation, reports, and deliverables are completed accurately and submitted on schedule.
Foster strong customer relationships while ensuring successful execution of mission-critical Health IT initiatives.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience managing contracts, programs, or enterprise IT initiatives of similar scope, size, and complexity.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale government technology programs supporting enterprise software implementations, operations, and sustainment.
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams supporting software development, systems engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, testing, and operations.
Experience overseeing Agile software development and product delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
Strong understanding of COTS software implementation, enterprise application lifecycle management, and production support operations.
Experience managing software upgrades, system enhancements, production issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Authority to Operate (ATO), NIST standards, and Department of Defense security requirements.
Strong communication, leadership, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
