Description

Oversee contract performance, program oversight, and strategic leadership for EEOCDS, E-File, and AHPMT platforms. Manage cross-functional technical teams and ensure compliance with government security and operational requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams supporting application development, cybersecurity, engineering, testing, and production support.
• Manage contract performance, deliverables, schedules, and quality standards to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Oversee implementation, deployment, and modernization of Anti-Harassment capabilities across Pre-Production and Production environments.
• Direct software upgrades, version releases, performance enhancements, and architectural improvements.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution to maintain high system availability.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing contracts, programs, or enterprise IT initiatives of similar scope.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale government technology programs and enterprise software implementations.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships, executive stakeholders, subcontractors, and budgets.
• Experience overseeing Agile software development using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong understanding of COTS software implementation and enterprise application lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Authority to Operate (ATO), and DoD security requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Government collaboration tools for backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
• Ability to facilitate executive-level meetings and governance activities.
