Description

Lead transformational initiatives and oversee contract support operations for federal projects. Own the planning, production, and management of all contract activities, including subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop work breakdown structures, milestone calendars, and diagrams to facilitate problem analysis and recommendations.
• Oversee complex tasks to ensure work products align with industry standards and CMS requirements.
• Manage and supervise employees across various labor categories.
• Brief executive personnel and government managers on project status and plans.
• Translate contract requirements into project plans and implement software development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing large, complex IT projects and operations.
• Proven expertise managing projects within environments similar to the CMS environment.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent government certification.
• Experience with Angular, JavaScript, and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with Microservices and Camunda for process orchestration.
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch, Containers, Kubernetes, and Nginx.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.
• Direct experience working in the CMS acquisition environment.
