Program Manager – Finance Transformation (EPM/Workday)

📍 Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
📅 Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise Finance Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM, Workday, ERP systems, and Finance/Accounting, along with proven experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs.

Key Skills Required:

✔ 8+ years of Program/Portfolio Management experience
✔ Strong experience with Oracle EPM (Modeling) – Must Have
✔ Workday and ERP implementation/transformation experience
✔ Finance Transformation and Accounting domain knowledge
✔ Experience managing project plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholders
✔ Smartsheet proficiency preferred
✔ Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• ERP Transformation experience
• PMP/PMP certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Organizational Change Management experience
• Agile, Microsoft Teams, and Visio exposure
• Aviation industry experience is a plus
