Description

You will lead large-scale digital transformation programs across administrative and academic mission areas, owning the full project lifecycle from strategic planning to execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT programs and projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, quality, and cost constraints.
• Design strategic portfolio and funding proposals that align with overarching university strategy.
• Manage staff responsibilities including hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
• Facilitate committees and review boards to drive decision-making and effective change management.
• Analyze program health, resolve competing priorities, and report findings to executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant work experience or post-secondary education.
• Proven experience in cross-functional project leadership and Program Management.
• Expertise in Project Portfolio Management and IT project management principles.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with Change Management and structured decision-making processes.
• Ability to manage complex information technology applications, processes, and software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel.
• Demonstrated supervisory and staff management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow project and portfolio management tools.
• Specialized knowledge of teaching and learning technologies, data architecture, and integration within academic environments.
