You will manage services and day-to-day operational support for the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) in Fort Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of employees and subcontractors working on multiple task orders for SCA-related activities.
- Monitor performance and progress against project plans, baselines, and requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting program cost, schedule, and performance.
- Prepare and execute internal and external program reviews and briefings for senior leadership.
- Maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and team resource allocations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager supporting a government contract, preferably Army.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Proven leadership expertise and management skills to support a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex work assignments.
- Expertise in collaborating with Program/Project SMEs.
- Strong organizational abilities and record keeping.
- Experience developing methodologies and presenting solutions to problems.
Preferred Skills
- Associate degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
