Description

You will manage services and day-to-day operational support for the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) in Fort Belvoir, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of employees and subcontractors working on multiple task orders for SCA-related activities.
  • Monitor performance and progress against project plans, baselines, and requirements.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting program cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Prepare and execute internal and external program reviews and briefings for senior leadership.
  • Maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and team resource allocations.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager supporting a government contract, preferably Army.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Proven leadership expertise and management skills to support a team environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex work assignments.
  • Expertise in collaborating with Program/Project SMEs.
  • Strong organizational abilities and record keeping.
  • Experience developing methodologies and presenting solutions to problems.

Preferred Skills

  • Associate degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
