You will lead complex technical programs from discovery through execution, bridging business requirements with architectural strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate regular status reviews with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive technical discovery engagements by conducting stakeholder interviews to craft architectural integration strategies.
• Design unified back-end platforms connecting digital experiences across vehicle, mobile, and web interfaces.
• Monitor progress to identify risks and implement process improvements for project efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management with a track record of successful delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to conduct technical discovery and define architectural integration strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in the electric vehicle or automotive industry.
