Program Manager

You will manage the overall program, coordinating multiple project teams to meet defined program goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive prioritization, planning, scheduling, and end-to-end program execution.
• Collaborate with BU and IT teams to negotiate timelines and manage dependencies.
• Track deliverables, manage risks and issues, and escalate proactively.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise executive-level reporting, dashboards, and program updates.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing projects across various computing environments (SaaS, cloud).
• 5+ years experience as a Program Manager or similar role in software development.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Application Lifecycle Management tools like Azure DevOps, Rally, or Jira.
• Demonstrated ability to convert high-level business needs into detailed system requirements.
• Proven experience providing program-level governance, including risk management and dependency tracking.
• Experience using data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau to track OKRs.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand system architecture and software development concepts.
• Experience managing complex initiatives within an IT program environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
