You manage operational processes and vehicle fleet configurations to ensure client readiness and efficient maintenance workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure client vehicle fleets for intended use and manage continuous monitoring for updates.
• Lead prompt resolution of open rework and containment tasks.
• Coordinate engineering resources, including vehicle time, technician availability, work instructions, and parts.
• Own the vehicle maintenance and repair process flow, developing KPIs to expedite operations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Program Management experience.
• 3+ years of automotive industry experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, and Google Suites.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills with attention to detail.
