Description

You will lead implementations of BPM tools or low-code platforms to drive digital transformation and process automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure to ensure goal adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and design automation solutions.
• Lead process reengineering efforts to optimize workflows and operational performance.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of technical experts, analysts, and project managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Hands-on experience with BPM products such as Pegasystems, Camunda, Appian, or IBM BPM.
• Deep understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets and resource allocation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with low-code platform implementations.
• Background in process optimization within enterprise environments.
