Responsibilities

• Manage program execution with a focus on budget and timeline adherence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program and product objectives.
• Coordinate with management to align program activities with organizational goals.
• Task individuals across different departments to ensure project success.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing or leading programs and products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Program Management.
• Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proven time management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• ITAR compliance knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with contract execution oversight.
