Responsibilities

• Coordinate project lifecycles, including resource analysis, market demand assessment, and feasibility planning.
• Direct product designs and changes while reviewing and approving contracts and cost estimates.
• Manage staff by recruiting, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and overseeing professional development.
• Negotiate with clients to establish project requirements and present technical proposals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Deep knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing/distribution optimization.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, resource allocation, and business management principles.
• Advanced use of MS Project and Visio.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills for providing constructive performance feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client negotiations and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
