Description

You will execute IT projects across infrastructure, applications, and information security, managing the full lifecycle from definition to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, requirements, budget, schedules, and resource allocation for complex programs.
• Drive technical and functional teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to meet critical path business requirements.
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when deviations from budgets or schedules occur.
• Engage business stakeholders to document requirements, perform business analysis, and facilitate vendor selection and management.
• Lead process improvement efforts, ensuring adherence to IT standards while communicating program vision to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with a proven track record of leading diverse projects and programs.
• Strong technical background in SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Ability to drive expectation setting, resolve conflicts between timeline, budget, and scope, and manage vendor relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-group collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Certification (PMP).
• Security certifications such as Security+ or CISSP.
