You will manage complex IT programs, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, defining scope, business requirements, resource allocation, and schedules.
• Partner with IT teams to enforce processes, templates, and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) for project success.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource levels, implementing corrective actions for deviations.
• Facilitate vendor selection, manage relationships, and drive business case development with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve conflicts between timeline, budget, and scope, and communicate program health to leadership.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with a proven track record of leading diverse projects and programs.
• Strong technical background with deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Excellent cross-group collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
• Ability to prioritize work based on business needs and IT capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Security certifications such as Security+ or CISSP.
