Description

Lead multi-level business strategy and project management efforts to ensure quality delivery of project scopes and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and analysis activities for individual projects and project portfolios.
• Manage RAID logs, resolve bottlenecks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, QA, and BAs.
• Own the Jira product backlog and scrum boards, prioritizing features with product owners to highlight dependencies and risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, managing daily requirements, sync calls, and project sign-offs.
• Support revenue reconciliation and monthly timesheet closures by tracking onsite teamwork hours and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 12-14 years of experience as a Program Manager or Technical Project Manager.
• Expertise in project management tools including Aha.io, Jira, and MS Project.
• Proven experience managing large, diverse teams with 50+ headcount across different time zones.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with project finance, revenue recognition, and tracking team deliverables.
• Ability to develop and execute training materials for medium to large groups.
• Experience managing both onsite and offshore team coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting to senior leaders and C-level executives.
