Description

You will lead a large-scale IT transformation focused on migrating on-premises infrastructure to AWS Cloud and modernizing digital customer experience tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the migration from on-premises environments to AWS Cloud.
• Develop and execute the technical roadmap for cloud migration and subsequent internal tool modernization.
• Manage the end-to-end customer journey modernization, ensuring seamless digital experiences.
• Coordinate development efforts through heavy collaboration with external vendor partners.
• Oversee business readiness and operational alignment throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale migrations to AWS Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience managing vendor partners for software development.
• Direct experience managing customer journey programs and digital marketing ecosystems.
• Demonstrated expertise in business readiness and operational transition.
• Ability to manage complex roadmaps within a digital experience context.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple delivery teams in a modernization environment.
