Description

You will lead Guidewire SaaS implementations, owning end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams and customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Govern project readiness, execution, and resource alignment.
• Own project scope, budget, and change management.
• Build detailed project plans with implementation teams and customers.
• Lead RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Manage customer expectations and drive stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Guidewire product sets (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, InsuranceNow).
• 2+ years of SaaS software project management experience.
• Mandatory PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI certification.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, project governance, and best practices.
• Experience with C-level stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
