About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager – IT Infrastructure Services to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure programs. This role blends technical leadership, client engagement, and program management to ensure the successful delivery of on-premises and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design & architecture of IT infrastructure solutions (hardware, networking, storage, virtualization, cloud).
Drive end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure programs – from strategy to execution.
Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholders effectively.
Act as the primary client-facing contact, conducting workshops and solution presentations.
Provide mentorship, ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM/ITOM frameworks, and stay ahead of emerging tech.

What We’re Looking For
15+ years in IT infrastructure, with 5+ years in program/project management.
Strong experience in on-premises, private/public/hybrid cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITIL frameworks and tools (ServiceNow, BMC, Jira).
Solid understanding of servers (Windows/Linux), networking, storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
Exposure to containers (Docker, Kubernetes), automation tools, cloud operations, security & compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP / Prince2 / ITIL / Cloud certifications preferred
