Description

You will lead end-to-end implementation of cloud Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, post go-live support, and reporting.
• Manage program governance, stakeholder expectations, and quality delivery for engagements and direct reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while coordinating workplans with onsite engagement and client teams.
• Drive practice development through knowledge management, service standardization, and strategy development.
• Train and supervise contract professionals and clients to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in program management for packaged product implementations.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes including Source-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Supplier Management.
• Practical knowledge of CRM, ERP, and downstream processes.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and project delivery.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with contract management platforms.
• Master's degree in Business Administration.
