Description

You will manage internal and external system and application development projects from inception through implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project objectives, scope, effort levels, and development strategies.
• Track and report on project financials, including budget forecasting and resource allocation.
• Lead Agile processes to ensure on-time delivery and scope adherence.
• Develop consolidated project plans detailing goals, staffing, scheduling, and risks.
• Monitor and analyze deviations from project plans to ensure milestone achievement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Experience leading Agile processes, including Scrum Master ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives, demos).
• Proficiency in using an Agile Board to track user stories and manage workflow.
• Ability to monitor Agile metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
• Experience in developing and maintaining realistic project plans.
• Familiarity with PPM tools for resource time sheet approval.
• Ability to direct project resource activities to meet schedule and budget targets.
