Lead interconnected programs to ensure desirable organizational outcomes in the Healthcare Technology sector.

You will oversee project execution, timelines, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication across cross-project activities. Lead and evaluate project managers, staff, and vendors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities using change, risk, and resource management frameworks. Assess program performance to maximize ROI and resolve high-scope issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, timelines, and resource coordination across cross-project activities.
• Lead and evaluate project managers, staff, and vendors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities using change, risk, and resource management frameworks.
• Assess program performance to maximize ROI and resolve high-scope issues.
• Coordinate with engineers and QA teams to drive technical delivery.

Required Skills

• 15 years of experience in Program Management.
• Proven experience in Healthcare Technology, including SaaS products.
• Technical background in Software Development with experience working alongside engineers and QA.
• Deep understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
• Expertise in change management and performance evaluation principles.
• Knowledge of SaaS products, Payer, and Provider workflows.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and HL7 standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software such as Basecamp or MS Project.

Preferred Skills

• BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field.
