Description

Lead software implementation programs for environmental product compliance across product development, manufacturing, and service lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive and track execution of program implementation roadmaps and manage sprint releases.
• Define program plans and provide oversight for all tasks and action items.
• Monitor project progress and adjust timelines to meet delivery goals.
• Facilitate workshops with key partners and support the development of requirements for system improvements.
• Lead user acceptance test strategies by creating and executing test scripts.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading large-scope, cross-functional software implementation programs.
• Deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within Agile scrum frameworks.
• Ability to create and execute test scripts for user acceptance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex, integrated activities.
• Proven capability to manage stakeholder expectations and challenge requirements for feasibility.
• Effective skills in collecting and summarizing meeting minutes and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Experience with semiconductor design, mixed-signal ASICs, or foundation IP development.
