You will oversee the AI and Automation Program Portfolio, managing governance and delivery across organizational initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program governance, project delivery, and overall health of initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards providing real-time visibility into project status and risks.
• Act as the central coordination point between business, product, and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to PMO best practices and enterprise change management processes.
• Identify and resolve risks and bottlenecks to maintain project momentum.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably in digital transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale programs involving technology, process, and organizational change.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency with program/project management tools including Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Jira.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Strong skills in strategic thinking, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership.
