Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level projects and strategic initiatives from inception to completion.
• Manage complex program lifecycles using established project management methodologies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and strategic updates to executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure alignment with program goals.

Required Skills

• 8 years of professional experience.
• 4 years of Program Management experience.
• 3 years of Project Management experience.
• 3 years of experience in Executive Stakeholder Communications.
• 2 years of experience leading enterprise-level projects or initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Experience managing state or local government programs and projects.
