Description

Drive execution of HR IT implementations and business initiatives within the Global IT PMO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of enterprise-level strategic projects by leading planning and execution.
• Navigate complex projects and ambiguity using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Define program governance processes and facilitate adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies while managing scope, cost, and time.
• Oversee large project teams and manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience managing medium-to-complex projects across multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience managing scope, budget, and triple constraints in a program environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and provide recommendations to PMO leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience managing HR IT transformation projects.
• PMI PMP or SAFe certifications.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
