Description

Lead HSSE technical writing initiatives and manage specialized environmental and operational performance systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSSE documentation, including policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Implement and manage Environmental Management Systems to meet sustainability and compliance goals.
• Oversee the Operations Excellence Performance System (OEPS) to drive operational efficiency.
• Customize applications using Oracle Developer 6i - Forms to meet business requirements.
• Monitor program performance metrics and conduct audits to ensure adherence to HSSE standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management or technical writing.
• Expertise in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental) programs.
• Hands-on experience with Environmental Management Systems.
• Proficiency in Operations Excellence Performance Systems (OEPS).
• Technical proficiency in Oracle Developer 6i - Forms.
• Specialization in Oracle Agile PLM.
• Experience with Enterprise Information Systems (EIS).
• Ability to define project scope and deliverables within cross-functional teams.
