Description

Lead production support and maintenance teams in the Capital Markets domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident, problem, Major Incident Management (MIM), and shift operations.
• Oversee release, change, and deployment management processes.
• Drive SLA and KPI management to ensure operational standards are met.
• Handle operational maintenance activities including sizing, resource planning, and execution for minor enhancements.
• Lead senior stakeholder management and facilitate weekly and monthly governance meetings.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in production support and maintenance management.
• Deep expertise in the Capital Markets domain.
• Proven experience in Incident and Problem management.
• Hands-on experience with Release and Change management.
• Ability to manage deployment and shift operations.
• Technical familiarity with Java, C#, and Unix scripting.
• Experience using various monitoring tools.
• Strong background in resource planning and sizing for enhancements.
