Description

Lead the Human Services Modernization program to deliver projects on time and within budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver program projects while managing drivers and expected business outcomes.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize projects and program components.
• Develop business cases using SBAR (Situation, Background, Analysis, Recommendation) formats.
• Supervise project managers and coordinate with sponsors, business liaisons, and team members.
• Define benefit measures and report on benefit realization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program management experience covering technology and process modernization.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Project.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• B.S. or B.A. degree, or an Associate degree with 5 additional years of experience.

Preferred Skills

• PgMP or PMP certification from PMI.
• Experience managing programs within state, county, city governments, or the non-profit sector.
