Description

Lead the CAPPS Financials and Human Resources implementation project.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Direct resource activities to align with project business objectives.
• Manage project scope, change control, risk, and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost strategies, and risk management plans.
• Oversee multiple work streams to ensure timely delivery of critical path products.
• Establish and maintain quality metrics and guidelines for the project team.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience implementing global IT projects.
• 7+ years of experience implementing project management across various organizations.
• 5+ years of experience managing financial and/or human resources projects.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 2+ years of experience in State or Federal government.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Expertise in risk management and project management methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex information and develop plans to address identified gaps.

Preferred Skills

• Texas CAPPS project implementation experience.
