Description

You will lead end-to-end program activities for Document Management System (DMS) implementations, upgrades, and integrations using Box.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases for DMS Box initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders across departments to define project scope and align with business objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to allocate resources and manage project dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure minimal impact on program timelines and outcomes.
• Develop program budgets and implement change management strategies for organizational adoption.
• Maintain detailed documentation and report program status, issues, and risks to senior management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management.
• At least 3 years of experience focusing on DMS, specifically with Box.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Expertise in DMS platforms and familiarity with integration tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical skills to manage complex projects and strategic problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Master's degree.
