Description

You will manage project governance, JIRA administration, and financial oversight for multiple teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure JIRA projects from scratch, including workflows, issue types, custom fields, and permissions.
• Develop automation rules to optimize repetitive processes and reduce manual effort.
• Build and maintain Confluence pages and customized dashboards for project status and performance tracking.
• Oversee project financials by monitoring resource hours, forecasting budgets, and managing client billing for Fixed and T&M contracts.
• Coordinate resource management, including onboarding, offboarding, and milestone tracking across multiple teams.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) roles.
• Hands-on JIRA administration, including workflow configuration and automation.
• Proficiency in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience with project tracking, resource management, and budget forecasting.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to manage client billing and track billable hours against contract types.
• Expertise in stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional communication.
• Proven experience in independent problem solving and priority management.
• Experience with Confluence for knowledge management and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in the software or Hi-Tech industries.
