Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, including GenAI and advanced technology initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies, aligning execution with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and track program budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies proactively.
• Drive delivery of GenAI and advanced technology initiatives, collaborating closely with technical teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and financial tracking.
• Solid background in risk management and issue resolution.
• Technical understanding of GenAI / AI / ML projects, including model development lifecycles and deployment concepts.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management across multiple levels.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
