You will lead enterprise IAM initiatives, managing SailPoint implementation programs and governance across multiple business units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria aligned with security and compliance goals.
• Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and communication plans for executive stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow projects, including integration and customization.
• Track risks, dependencies, and issues, proactively managing mitigation and escalation.
• Drive continuous improvement in joiner-mover-leaver processes and access reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IAM Professional Services or similar program management.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
• Experience integrating systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and HR systems.
• Understanding of Cyber Security principles and compliance standards (SOX, audit).
• Proficiency in defining role-based access models and access governance workflows.
• Experience with architecture design and technical oversight of identity platforms.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for executive audiences.
• Familiarity with Automation practices for process optimization.
