Description

Lead large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation programs, ensuring delivery of security initiatives aligned with business objectives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IAM/PAM programs, defining roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams to execute Saviynt and Delinea implementations.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment, including provisioning, access governance, and privileged account management.
• Drive governance, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, and third-party stakeholders while facilitating steering committee meetings.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management.
• 3+ years of specific experience managing IAM/PAM programs.
• Strong expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Delinea PAM solutions.
• Deep understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Governance, RBAC, and SoD concepts.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks: SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and NIST.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications; Saviynt or Delinea certifications are a plus.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
