You will manage the product launch of a new NDC API-based travel platform for technology partners and travel agencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for the product launch of an NDC API-based platform for technology partners and travel agency consumption.
• Design and implement processes to facilitate travel agency and developer onboarding and integration.
• Create artifacts and content to help customers evaluate, acquire, and operate new content channels.
• Analyze and document user needs for buyers and product operators.
• Coordinate and visualize project activities, dependencies, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Marketer, Launch Manager, or Business Analyst for a B2B product.
• High-level knowledge of airline, hotel, and travel agency industry segments.
• Direct experience with New Distribution Capability (NDC) standards and implementation.
• Experience in technical product management or operations within an airline, travel agency, online travel distributor, or GDS.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and customer segmentation techniques.
• Experience in launch management for a globally available B2B product or service.
• Development experience using SOAP or RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Business Model Canvas or Value Proposition Canvas toolsets.
