Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external SPS customers for project success.
• Fully define project scope, deliverables, stakeholders, project resources, and gather business requirements.
• Document project constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and define success measures with timelines.
• Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, specifications, and risk analyses.
• Engage directly with key resources to proactively identify, analyze, and solve initiative blockers.
• Drive rigorous analysis and reporting cadence to keep stakeholders informed on decisions.
• Develop and manage roadmaps that successfully deliver promised results and outcomes.
• Develop metrics to measure and ensure solution effectiveness across all implementations.
• Deliver projects with documented process workflows, data maps, standards and sustainment plans.
• Work with data scientists and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive quarterly business reviews across SPS to promote team work and stakeholder engagement
