Description

You will manage complex technical programs within the Data and Analytics PMO, driving execution of data transformation, migration, and sunsetting initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of data transformation, migration, and sunsetting initiatives across the data ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business unit and functional leaders to identify risks and mitigate blockers.
• Clarify plans and ensure milestones stay on track as the primary project manager.
• Anticipate challenges and resolve them independently by engaging the correct stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to track progress and communicate results effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical or data program management.
• Proven experience with program migration, system decommissioning, or sunsetting.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across BUs and time zones (India, Israel, North America).
• Proactive, self-starter mindset capable of operating in ambiguity.
• Demonstrated customer empathy focused on enabling data quality outcomes.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities to translate data insights into action.
• Familiarity with TPM methodologies.
• Familiarity with Data Governance principles.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing programs across international time zones.
