Description

You will own program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven analysis for SPS projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, resources, and success metrics with timelines.
• Document constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Communicate goals and outcomes to cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve initiative blockers by engaging directly with resources.
• Drive analysis, reporting cadence, and quarterly business reviews to ensure effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management and Project Management.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis using SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and Risk Analysis capabilities.
• Background in Machine Learning applications is beneficial.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with demand forecasting, workforce planning, or capacity planning.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention, counterfeit detection, or selling partner services.
